WEEKLY LIVE CALLS
We will have weekly live learning sessions for 9 weeks (with replays available). There will be opportunity for open coaching, to bring your questions and challenges for us to unpack together.
SELF-REFLECTION PROMPTS AND IMPLEMENTATION TOOLS
I'll share weekly journal prompts and mindset tools related to each theme. You will have access to a workbook to capture your learnings in one place and support your self-exploration journey.
This will be the playground for group members to practice their learnings in community. Here you'll exchange takeaways, celebrate accomplishments, post questions, and get support.

Over our 9 weeks together, I'll guide you through a simple 3-step process on how to build sustainable habits and make confident decisions that will result in more time and energy available to you to create a joyful, fulfilling everyday life.
STEP 1: ENHANCE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
STEP 2: REDEFINE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME
It all starts knowing your values, needs and desires and getting laser-focused on what's most important to you. You'll learn how to step out of reactive mode and more intentionally align your actions and decisions to what actually matters most.
You'll learn how to effectively prioritize your time, set and maintain supportive boundaries, andmake more confident decisions to welcome more ease into your everyday.
STEP 3: STRENGTHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HABITS
You'll learn how to have your own back as you build sustainable, nourishing habits and how to maintain consistent progress even when life gets in the way.
The best part? You'll have a squad of women supporting you through this journey.
This is a group program, meaning that you meet, you learn, and you share as a collective.
It is a powerful space to be.
You get to problem solve together.
You get to cheer each other on as you grow together.
